With over 25 years of solid experience, Ruby is well-versed in corporate communications, community relations, event planning, crisis management, and media relations.

Ruby believes in the power of paying it forward and brings social purpose to her profession. In addition to pro bono services for NGOs, Ruby currently is the Immediate Past President of Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association Limited, Honorary PR Advisor of Youth Outreach, Member of YWCA Communication & Resources Development Committee, Director of Families of SMA Charitable Trust, External Professional Advisor of the Community College of City University (the Associate of Social Science in Event, PR and Advertising programmes), and External Professional Advisor of Communication Discipline of Hong Kong College of Technology.
